NCMIR Scientist Places in Nikon's Small World Competition

September 2003 — NCMIR’s Tom Deerinck placed fourth in Nikon's 2003 Small World Competition with his image of a section of rat hippocampus stained with various cellular markers and imaged using 2-photon fluorescence microscopy.
